Rev Linda Meredith

The Rev Linda Meredith is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where she earned a BS in Individual and Family Studies with and emphasis on family and marriage counseling and The Lancaster Theological Seminary where she earned an M Div in Divinity.  After seminary Linda completed a one-year residency in Clinical Pastoral Education at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center where she was trained as a chaplain.  Linda was a hospice chaplain for 7 years and has been pastoring congregations for approximately 15 years.

When asked about her reasons for joining OCMS, she says:

"I feel it is an honor to work with persons when they are hurting and vulnerable. I have been conducting funerals and memorial services for George for many years. These services need to be done with respect and personalization. I attempt to make each service something personal for each family even if I never met them prior to the death. I find George to be a man of integrity and loyalty. Those things appeal to me so I was honored when he offered me a full time job at this facility."
